How do I purchase images from your site?
Buypix works on a credit system. You need to purchase a package of credits and use the credits to download photos. A small (S) photo is 1 credit, medium (M) photo is 3 credits, large (L) photo is 5 credits and extra large (XL) photo is 8 credits.
What is a credit and how does it work?
Buypix works on a micro-payment system which allows you to purchase photos in quantity. You pre-purchase a package of credits and then use the credits to download photos. Photos cost between 1 and 8 credits per download depending on the photo resolution.
What are the available credit packages?
The minimum purchase of a RM 20.00 credit pack is required.

What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maybank2u (online fund transfer), fund transfer and cheque. You will have to include your order form with along with your mailed payment for faster processing.
What do I do when an image I downloaded is not usable?
Please contact technical support with the file number and your concerns. We’ll refund your credits and re-evaluate the image.
What do I do when I'm having download problems and credits were deducted?
If you experience download problems, please contact technical support with the file number and we’ll email the file to you or refund your credits. Please note that you have 168 hours (7 days) from the time of your initial download to re-download the same photo and size without having further credits deducted. If you have difficulty downloading a file and it is over the 168 hours (7 days) timeframe, please contact technical support for assistance.
How long are my credits valid for?
Credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchased. A reminder will be sent to you 30 days before the expiry date. If credits are still not utilized, another reminder will be sent to you 7 days before the expiry date.
Where do I find my invoice?
Purchase invoice is stored in your “Buyer Reports -> Top Up Credit”. Click on the ‘Top Up Credit’ at the left menu. Then click the ‘View’ that is under the invoice column and then the system will shows the invoice to your. All of your top up credit invoices will be listed there.
What is a lightbox?
Lightbox is a set of photos on a specific category created with the purpose of easier access to those photos in the future. Instead of searching for them each time or keeping a list of URLs, you can create a lightbox for future use. This feature allows you to assign relevant title, keywords and description. Lightbox can be set to “Public” or “Private”. If the status of Lightbox is set to “Public”, Lightbox is searchable by all users from Buypix. The Lightbox is for your own personal use if it is set to private.
How can I change my password and/or my personal details?
You are able to change your password and profile information from the “Change Password” area.
I forgot my login details, how do I find them?
In order to retrieve your login details, you can click on the “Forgot Password” function at the index page and enter your Username and Email address that you registered. System will generate a new password and send to your email account.
