How do I contribute photo for Buypix?
Buypix is exclusive for Canon camera user. A Canon camera buyer will get a box of Ximplify which is a complementary present from Canon. Canon camera user is able to contribute their photos to Buypix.

What restrictions are there for uploading photos?

• The photo MUST be taken by you. No exceptions.
• At least 800 x 600 pixels (but 4200 x 2800 pixels is preferred)
• JPG files only, 10 MB max. file size
• Crisp clear images, well light, nicely composed, good color.

What can I do to improve my download?
Update your portfolio and occasionally review and update keywords. Keywords are the most important information you can provide to help users find your photos. Sometimes changing the title can also give you a small boost in downloads.

My account is over RM 100.00, how do I request a payout?
You can go to “Earning And Payments” and click on “Request Check Payout” to request payment. Minimum cheque payout is RM 100. You will receive your payout via Cheque. All cheque are paid out in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Buypix ONLY sends cheque payments to the name and address listed in your account.

How much does a photographer make?
The revenue structure on Buypix is each credit worth RM 1.00.

How can I upload / sell photo?
First, you must upload your photo to Ximplify. Then you can select the photos from Ximplify and set the photo status to “Sell”. Meanwhile, you are able to select the photo that you want to sell from the existing photo album too.

How can I know my photos statistic?
You can go to “Seller Reports” and click on “Photo Download Statistic” to check you uploaded photo statistic. The report will shows the number of hits of your photos, downloaded number and the purchaser information individually.

Can I use my earning to buy photos?
First, you must convert your earning to credit. You need to select the credit package and then convert your earning to credit. You are able to buy photo using the credit.
